Trevor Foster
Trevor is an experienced business leader with a senior executive background in financial and professional services, born and bred in Lancashire, Trevor has operated in the North West, London and the Midlands.
Trevor's extensive corporate and investment banking career spans separate spells at Barclays, HBOS and Kaupthing and he has undertaken regional chairman/ambassador roles at KPMG, UBS Wealth and Lockton International.
Trevor has a strong track record in private equity and venture capital and is currently Chairman of Panamoure Ltd, a digital and technology transformation consultancy.
Duncan Craig
Duncan is a special advisor to HO and is head of licensing at Citadel Chambers in the Midlands. Duncan's client base includes many pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants, he is a licensing Barrister and a former owner operator of licensed premises.
As a licensing barrister, he is often briefed to appear in front of licensing sub-committees and in court on behalf of licence holders, but unlike other barristers who practise in licensing, he is also authorised to undertake the work of a licensing solicitor and this forms a substantial part of his services to clients.
