After successfully selling his main pub business, he is now looking to develop and grow Hospitality Options Ltd .
An experienced operator previously owned a 20 bedroom boutique hotel and following a 500k joint investment with a regional brewer a 15 bedroom boutique country Inn.
Raised and invested £70m to acquire freehold pubs through private equity and EIS/CGT schemes.
Managed in excess of 400 cases in administration for major blue chip companies.
Have been providing advice and services to Banks, Brewers, Accountants and Receivers for over 20 years.
Looking to assist investors in the leisure sector to turnaround under performing assets.
7 years as an industry judge for the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers operations manager of the year awards.

Tony Sanders
Tony has vast experience in the sector and has been involved with the operation of over 300 licensed operations
His experience not only covers consultancy but actual ownership of leisure operations covering pubs, restaurants, hotels, live music venues.
A well known and respected businessman who has been CEO of a pub business with over 170 owned pubs founder shareholder of The Jam House in Birmingham ( the cities finest live music and fine dining venue) hotelier with successful venues and CEO of one of countries largest consultancy operations in the leisure industry
His experience allows him to advise on any style of operation be it a single unit or a a complex company
Tony has negotiated with Banks and financial institutions all his life and can use that experience to help owners or lenders arrive at the best solution
Tony's experience also extends to early planning of new operations and working with architects and planning specialists to achieve the best operational model
Trevor Foster
Trevor is an experienced business leader with a senior executive background in financial and professional services, born and bred in Lancashire, Trevor has operated in the North West, London and the Midlands.
Trevor's extensive corporate and investment banking career spans separate spells at Barclays, HBOS and Kaupthing and he has undertaken regional chairman/ambassador roles at KPMG, UBS Wealth and Lockton International.
Trevor has a strong track record in private equity and venture capital and is currently Chairman of Panamoure Ltd, a digital and technology transformation consultancy.
Duncan Craig
Duncan is a special advisor to HO and is head of licensing at Citadel Chambers in the Midlands. Duncan's client base includes many pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants, he is a licensing Barrister and a former owner operator of licensed premises.
As a licensing barrister, he is often briefed to appear in front of licensing sub-committees and in court on behalf of licence holders, but unlike other barristers who practise in licensing, he is also authorised to undertake the work of a licensing solicitor and this forms a substantial part of his services to clients.
